Hi headgasket,

there is a motor trimming supply shop at Prospect,, very good selection of stuff there. You'll be able to get your backing board and vinyl there and its pretty cheap....

as far as a stencil goes, I normally use the old one that I pulled out and either re-cover it or trace it. If you do not have one at all, you can get some butchers paper and place it over the parcel shelf flat, and press it into the edges,, it will give you a line to cut on. I will not be an exact fit but its a good starting point and you can just cut little bits of here and there til it fits,,, once the paper pattern is good, trace it onto the backing board and there you go :)

I dont have an exact template, but I do have a thin sheet of alluminium that was once in a parcel shelf. You can borrow that, trace it onto the backing board, cut it out 10mm in excess to the traced line, then trim as required to get the perfect fit.

PM me if you want to organise to borrow it(I will need it back, so I can make my parcel shelf one day)

Sorry of course,

heres the details....

Nolan.UDA Pty Ltd

Unit 1, 5 Stoddart Rd

And just to clear it up, these guys are suppliers,, not trimmers,,, they supply the stuff you need for trimming..,, they don't do any work :)
