Thanks for posting the colour chart with space blue on it. Thats the colour for me.

However....how does the paint man know what to mix? Is there an official RGB colour mix somewhere or a BMC official mix?

I've seen a number of photo's on the web with "space blue"cars and they all look different colours!

It's also difficult to do a search as the BMW Mini also has a space blue.

the colour will be on your painters mixing database, so he should make it no problem

Correct. so long as you have the correct Name, name of manufacturer and year, thats all you should need.

If you like i will have a look thru my notes and see what paint codes for mini's I have? No promises though, I don't have many.

....Hold on a tick "RBG",, did that come off the colour chart that you found? cos that looks a little bit like a code? Where did RBG come from? Have you got a link to that colour chart?
