yep, they`re ok, i`ve been using them for years I`d put a sock in the top hose for a few weeks tho, just to try & catch any muck, helps to keep the thin cores clean,,, after a few weeks if you check the sock & it`s pretty clean then leave it out easy-peasy |

First time out in my car after the resto this week and using a Chinese aluminium radiator. Sitting in heavy traffic early last week and on a hot 32-34C day it worked admirably. Checked with infrared thermometer. Cylinder head ranged from 76 to 81C front to back. Header tank 60C. Very happy so far. Bought mine from KoolNuts but dont see them advertising on Ebay at the moment. |

I purchased a couple of these found they are ok, workmanship is not the greatest but the biggest issue I had was that they pack them very badly and when they arrived had dents and plenty of bent fins. I guess you get what you pay for. |

I got one of these rads and yet to fit it, but it appears that the radiator that came out of this car is "wider" than the alloy one I purchased, hence the radiator shrouds are to wide ?, Any ideas please ? I guess the question is ?, Do mini's have different width rad shrouds ? Thanks |

I guess the question is ?, Do mini's have different width rad shrouds ? Thanks no,,, they`re the same(ish) depending on what country & year But the issue i expect you`re having is that the corners of the alloy rad are quite square shaped,,, yet the old mini rads corners are quite rounded,,, so usually i tiny bit of trimming with snips is needed to get the rad to tuck (fully) into the shroud properly,,, so that the screw/bolt holse line up yeah? no biggy tho,,, easy-peasy |

I bought one a while back, it looks alright and it was cheap. I also got a Honda Civic one for my Starlet Mini project from a different supplier, but it appears to be very much the same. Just make sure you use the correct cap. |

Minis plus are also selling alloy rads (i think he said 4 core, could be 3) not sure on the price or effectiveness (he has sold a few and had no bad reports) as yet but quite happy to report when and if I put my car back together. |

I saw these the other week, they are much thicker than the ebay rads and locally made. |
