As The Heading Says!

Image

As you may see, the bonnet has 2 holes for Badges on BOTH side!
What Clubman has this Bonnet??? And so i can tell they look like Factory holes! The Body number for this car is a Std Early 71 Clubman!

They're not badge holes, not factory ones anyway.

I'd say some clever person did it themselves or had a home made stone deflector or something on there.

They are not factory holes. No Clubman or Leyland Mini had badges on the bonnet.

get them to weld it up and repair the bonnet, if you asked them to do it then they should have!

I rather suspect that they were for bonnet straps in the first place.

Nice color mate, but run the bonnet back to yer paint guys, those holes have no place on a clubbie bonnet, if you asked em to weld em up they should have welded em up

If the car had Bonnet straps it would have the holes on the front frame for the other end of the straps. Have you looked for those ? Or instead of getting rid of un necessary holes you will add more ? Yes Nice Paint Job and colour.
