As strange as it is, i have a spare subframe that i have no idea what it is out of, so what i dont want to do is think that it will fit in my moke and build it all up and be knackered when it doesn't fit! So whats it off??? Now it has arms and hubs on so this might help the more experienced advise me, i hope!!! I can get number off hubs or lengths of arm etc.... if it helps! So please pass your advise as my knowledge on cars that have similar subframes is CRAP! lol ![]() I know mini's, mokes and morris?!??! of which i have no idea of the differences!!!! HELP!!! Sorry to sound like a half wit! ![]() |

Rear subframes were either hydro or dry, I don't think there were any other variants (somone confirm?). All they did through the years was change exhaust or fuel pump mounts, etc., but the general frame itself is much the same to any other one. |

All Oz dry front subs are the same, but Mokes have extra captive nuts to hold the sump guard, etc. |

So any front subframe will go in, just wont have sump nuts?! |

Yep. Mini Mad put his 78 Clubby one in Spiro (68 Moke) a few years ago. Bolts straight in no worries. |

cool.. so no morris subframe looks anything like a mini one!?!? Also i had a random disc along with all my parts so half thinking i may have a set of disc hubs! How can you tell them from drum hubs? They do have numbers on! |

All Mini/Moke subframes look the same, you just have to look harder to see whether it's a Moke, Hydro, Dry or Rover subframe. The disc hubs will have the caliper mounts. On the side, one at top, one at bottom. ![]() |

Morris 1100 is much bigger, with very round towers for the bigger hydro bags. Would that be the ausminitemp.cushbox.whatever? |
