hey guys whats the best way to remove the door locks on my clubby
i need keys cut and ill save alot of money if they're out

1. remove door card

2. detach linkages from the tab on the back of the lock barrel

3. compress retaining clip on back off lock barrel, its a spring clip that holds the lock barrel tight agaisnt the door skin and stops thieves from pulling it out from the outside,

4. with clip compressed push back thru the hole in the door.

Pretty easy that one :)

EDIT--> sometimes you need to pull the spring clip right off, you'll need needle nose plyers to do this and maybe a screw driver

most annoying thing is removing the nuts off the end of the rod, dropping them inside the door can make them a pain in the ass to retrieve.

hahahha yeah i work on aircraft used to dropping nuts and crap
