And is it still a car worth $15k if it's been reshelled?

The seller may well be on here and I have no intention (nor desire) to hound them, just ideally I want to buy one some day and if this is worth $15k I can forget about it buying a good one.

It's a UK car with that body number.
In 1963 the 1071S came out in UK.
