1. remove door card
2. detach linkages from the tab on the back of the lock barrel
3. compress retaining clip on back off lock barrel, its a spring clip that holds the lock barrel tight agaisnt the door skin and stops thieves from pulling it out from the outside,
4. with clip compressed push back thru the hole in the door.
Pretty easy that one
EDIT--> sometimes you need to pull the spring clip right off, you'll need needle nose plyers to do this and maybe a screw driver
