Post subject: | Distributor Mount Screw |
Hey, I'm now at the stage of fitting all the mounts and brackets back onto the engine, but i'm not sure what screw attaches from the distributor mount to the engine block. So can someone who might know please help me. Any information and pictures would be much appreciated. I have also attached a couple of pictures below to show what mount i'm talking about and i also have a screw which i think might be the right one. ![]() ![]() Cheers Sav |

Kinda right, Right diameter (1/4") and thread (UNF), but not long enough. Should be about 1/2 to 3/4" long with an internal star washer. |

Yep, thats what I was thinking. The short bolt would be for the clamp to the dizzy mount. There should be two of them. |

so you'd be looking for the bolt same as the Front Shock mount bolt ![]() |

Hey what about these screws and washers. Also is the screw the same as the two on the outside that are used for the clamp ![]() Cheers Sav |

The one toward the top of the picture looks like it'll do the job of holding the sleave in place and the other looks like 1 of 2 for the distributor clamp. They are the correct type of washer, but to be picky, they look a bit too flat to be any good (no bite). |
