Hi guys, I'm thinking of getting my crappy paint scheme replaced by offering it up to be tagged by some graffiti artists, I reckon it would look quite nice. Where would I find people willing to do this in Sydney? A quick google turned up these examples:

Sydeny is crawling with delinquent trash. I'm sure you'll find some angry 13 year old all to happy to vandalise your car in exchange for "a pack-a-ciggies" or a "boll-o-woodstock", or even a 4&20 for his pregnant girlfriend. |

Ok I've been thinking about this a bit more. Seriously this time. (its your car after all)
If you are serious, I would contact your local high school.. the art deparments are usually crawling with kids who are really good at that kind of art work. Chances are you could turn it into some kind of competion with the art department, the winner gets to decorate a mini... if I was a pimply 16 year old, I'd think thats pretty cool

Check out your newsagent for some graffiti magazines, they may have some contact details, or perhaps the editors may be able to get you in touch with some artists.. Yes.. Artists.. Not school kids... not deliquent 13 year olds, but proper mature graf artists. |

why not? try the local skate park, those places have heaps of graph. Offer them some beer. Or Just park there until they ask you to buy them some beer and then tell them to paint your car. |

Find some graffiti in your local area and write your phone number on it with "lookibg for person who did this for job".

I think if it was done right it could look good, just know that you are decreasing the pool of people who might buy your car when you decide to sell /or it will need another respray before then. If all the windows and lights and brightwork etc were properly removed or masked, then an artist whose work you've seen and like can let loose, then get it clearcoated and put everything back together....it could look kind of cool, very professional even. The other option which might save the respray later (but might not be any cheaper overall) would be to get it done in car-wrap vinyl, then just peel off when you get over it, hopefully going back to your current paintwork underneath. |

I reckon it would look good it you did it with a theme. Maybe a mini theme. Union jack graffiti style and stuff like that. |
