Im about ready to replace the peashooter on my car (which currently has the muffler for a ride on lawn mower attached (yes the oodndatta can do some damage)).

Any recommendations on extractor and muffler set for 1100 60thou, reasonably standard engine.

is the rc40 round, or flat/oval shaped. I intend to take this off road again, so big round muffler will get caught on a rock like the last one did and will end up left on the road behind me.

Thats the RC40... But so long as you can look in one end and see daylight out the other it wont hold you back powerwise.... The really crap ones are the ones with open chambers IMO

Steve just use two hot-dog mufflers, the longer one at the back so its closer to the beaver panel seam so you only need a 10 inch tip, the shorter one about midships/ level with the back of the front seat, some 3 into 1 extractors like a Perry would be fine, 1 1/2 pipe would be fine with the hot-dog mufflers with 1 3/4 pipe you might get a resonating drone/ vibration come back up the pipe and through the front floor panels/ firewall.

Hot-Dog mufflers are cheaper than a quality mild steel straight through muffler and being smaller your less likely to hit them or catch them on something
