Perhaps no one knows what you're asking.

Are you asking how to remove them? or put adjusters from the rear on the front?

He's talking about the adjusters on twin leading shoe front brakes.
They used to sell a repair kit for these snail cams years ago, but I've never fitted them. Sorry...

Jim if they are knackered, come take some backplates off my pile...

The original adjusters are pressed on and not removable. If you strip the hex on the outside there was a repair kit available years ago where you would drill out the original and fit the new one in that was held in with a nut on the inside. I cant remember ever using them because we allways just replaced the backing plate with a good second hand one with good adjusters & I dont think the repair kits were very good, or safe.

this one did interest me and I also had my friend Allen from across the Road (kev you know him no one else will) and we spent an hour thinking how they would be taken off as Mini Kings book shows a repair Kit/Replacement. What also confused the situation is I have back plates that don't have the adjusters attached

I was trying to find new adjusters but no luck. In the end I heated the adjuster nearly red hot with a torch and this bubbles the crap out of them and then squirt in some WD40 as it cools. The heads were rounded from abuse so I used the mig to build up the adjuster and them ground back to a spanner size (3/8th rings a bell - but match with other ones so you can use the same spanner)

Worked a treat. Remember they have to be adjustable so don't make them 'too' easy to move otherwise you will loose the adjustment.

Worth a try Jim?
