My Dad's Clubby neads new front seats. I was just wondering what other seats will fit. Will seats from other makes and models fit? Also I always thought it was a roadworthy requirment to have front and rear bumpers. Is it illegal to take them off?

Seats are a tricky thing to change, with the need for mod plates and checking. Plus its the thing that could save your life in a crash, so think wisely before making a choice. (Not that i can talk, ive got the stock deluxe seats in my daily)

Ive heard nothing of removing bumpers being illegal, just trim the mounting edge flush and itd be pretty hard to spot to someone not into minis.

I'd be careful removing the rear mounting edge, it's actually three panels spot welded together, one of which is the boot floor. Not as easy as grinding it off and bogging it up. Personally I'd avoid removing it, as to do it properly is not really easy.
