Had an accident a couple of weeks ago and heres the result.....

So yeh at the moment i';m considering whether to fix it in the short term or the long term...
She drives straight so the rear subby wasnt knocked around. if long term i'd pull it out a bit but the door and around the window frame would be difficult. shes just chilling at the moment i'm getting a mate to give us a lift to work.. gets a wkend drive in to get everything flowing.

i live near homebush but havnt really gone around to get quotes on her... anyone reccommend a place in sydney... i have seen a few minis in shops and floating around concord homebush area last couple of moinths so i know u guys are out there

a few people have offered to take her off my hands but i cant do that... .

So anyone with knowledge in Pbeating... how bad? How much

Someone else here no doubt will say that it'll buff out OK, but in all seriousness it looks worse than it actually is from your pics. It would be a surprising easy fix. I have seen much much worse and they have been repaired OK....

Mate if they can repair mine Im sure yours just as easy . . . when I took mine to the panel shop (in melbourne) it was estimated at about $5,500 to repair the damaged area and paint it (not to cut the panel and replace it but to actually fix the panel using the original metal) but unsure what it would cost up your way (sydney?). I used the panel shop the insurance company reccommended and am very happy with thier work and would reccommend them, no question.
Anyways good luck, keep your chin up, im sure there is a classic panel shop that knows how to fix your car the right way not the easy way just waiting for you to visit.

do you want to share what happened?

I'd be having a crack at that myself - take the lining card out from the inside and you'll be surprised how much of it you could get out

Yeah wheel slightly. Details aren't too important. Ful car, bit of speed nd I jabbed the brakes sent car bit sideways nd never really managed to get her back in line. Stopped on a pretty shitty charade.
