It was a good day, picked up a few bits and pieces. Kept meeting people I know so I didn't see it all. I will go back tomorrow.

One rare bit I did see was a single 10" hotwire/sprintwire rim. Anyone got these rims and want a matching spare? 8)

Cheers,

Unfortunately I didn't ask. I wwas rushing out the gate when I saw it, as I had to collect my son. PM met what you want to pay and I'll see what I can do.

(Not looking to make a profit, just offer to grab it if someone wants it for cost.)

Cheers,

I went today and was pretty dissapointed, not nearly as good as other years. All the mini stuff stuff must have been picked up as I didnt notice much at all.

Someone did score a complete BMW k100 for $400, The guy selling it told me the buyer was doing a mini conversion, anyone on here?

I saw one guy walking out with four rusty and crappy looking Mini radiators. Why the heck would you want them???

I picked up a few good bits. Two spare 13" hotwire rims for the Moke, new Moke rear mudflaps, a Suzuki rear seat (suits a Moke with some mods) and some cheap Dragway alloys for my daily Corona. I also grabbed a few toys for my son. Not a bad little haul. :)

I'm kicking myself I didn't grab the brand new Corona Boss Kit and single 10" Hotwire rim I saw yesterday. Both were sold when I went back today. As they say, you snooze, you lose!

I was there on Friday, all I came home with was a handfull of window winder screws, someone had a pile of handles and I bought all the screws that were in them.
Very little british stuff there, has a good day out walking 98% of the place, boy am I sore today!

Only at Ballarat swap meet.... I asked about the price on a swan neck weber manifold, price was $95 because it was a 'genuine' Cooper S. The eager seller then told me ' I know it's genuine, because I measured it, 42mm as per police spec mate'!

Ahh ok mate, you know ur stuff! Have a good day.... Tosser!!

I went on Friday and didn't see much Mini stuff. Saw that rim looking very lonely.
I bought a 1960's era Hella driving light for $15, then walked 10 metres to another site where I bought 2 of the same lights for $4 the pair!

Went Friday, only saw about 60% and nearly passed out due to the heat. Must be getting old. Was there looking for early commodore stuff, but its now getting hard to come by.
Bought an english boot lid and the number plate flap from different sellers, go figure
A red 80's full face helmet that I've been chasing to use as a display in my race car,
Big Block rod bolts for $25. The bloke says that there made in the ARP factory. Won't use them in the race engine, but should be OK in my road engines.
Two mini models. What are they? Looks like they are made in Japan?
