His location is Colyton in western Sydney.
I don't know where the cars are.

Is there any indication as to what price he wants for it? I've seen much worse shells come back from the dead, so it's a starting point for someone's dream prokect. All he's doing is trying to fire people's imagination. Assuming you don't part with money before seeing it, I can't see much wrong (depending on the price he wants from it).
