| Post subject: | Mini Clubman Body Dimensions |
Trying to fix up the body of my Clubman from a previous botch job... Is there such a thing as a body dimension sheet where I can check what the dimensions/spacing of things should be? For example...my drivers door is 88mm wide but the other side seems to be 89 mm wide 
I can sense a lot of cutting in the near future. |

Yes there is, but they don't have all the dimensions. The company's who make body alignment machines, such as Auto-robot, publish them, but they generally only have dimensions relating to the major body reference points, a little better than those in the 'blackbook'. They are intended for checking the body alignment following a major bingle. Might be a bit hard pushed finding some these days for an Oz Mini. The UK ones would be available, but they are referenced and dimesioned different. But you say one side is 88 and the other is 89mm???? That's pretty good and within factory tolerances. |

Damn good. A Morris 1100 owner I once knew found his car to be 1 cm longer on one side than the other. Fussy, some people.
