Post subject:  Traveller register

As some of you would already know i started collating details for a traveller register. to date i have 19 cars in my data base for Australia.

I found this in the latest issue of "mini magazine" and thought it may be of interest to some people on here

http://minitravellerandcountrymanregister.com/

I have contacted the site out of my own interest.

I will not be passing on any info i have obtained from members on here unless they contact me and give me their permission.

regards
Allan

I think i registered mine there some years ago, but they won't allow you to see the records, so I cannot be sure.

Brett, this register only started last year, so I doubt you're registered. Its hosted by Bill Bell, the guy that runs the Mini '59 register, but has a different registrar. It grew out of the Early Mini Forum in the UK.

Maybe it was only last year? Regardless I think somebody on this forum told me about it and I registered. Possibly you, Tim!

Not much done on the traveller . just collecting bits. building another shed this holidays so i have room to work :)

I will still be collecting details from any traveller/countryman or estates if people are willing to pass on the details. I am also collecting pictures of each vehicle i can.

I already have photos from several peoples cars on here in individual folders.

I can be emailed at swiftden(at)hotmail.com

What scary is that I thought I registered my Traveller on that at least a year ago, when it was only a few months.

Must be senility!

WOW i must have missed that thread.
Sorry for digging up old info i just saw it advertised for the first time and was not aware of it.

Bincho you provided your details to me some time ago now. i still have not been emailed any pictures of yours however.

Awoody sorry i missed your post on the other thread. I have been here in the back ground just collecting information, pictures names etc. That may have been around the time when i swapped computer etc and went offline for a little while.

As yet i have not worked out how to post a register on Ausmini without putting people details at risk.

At this time however should anyone want or require any info im only too happy to put others incontact with each other.

Some of the cars on the register have come about because i sent an email to as many clubs, forums, etc as i could find in Australia and have got a few responses from them. Some are not on ausmini.

Again if you know of a traveller/Countryman or Estate pass on my details to them or give me theirs and i will contact them .

Sorry but i am not collecting details for vans.
