Hi all,

My indicators/driving lights seem to be different brightness'. Obviously the indicator flash is meant to be brighter than the driving lights so that you can see it flash when the driving lights are on.

However, on one side it seems to be in reverse.

I know that sometimes you can put the globes in back to front, but I have checked and there is no way I can do this.

Now I haven't swapped the globes between the two sides to test if its the globe or not.

My question is, can the wires be swapped? I haven't had a look behind yet.

Cheers in advance :D

You can swap the wires on a roundy at the bullet connectors, under the bonnet latch.

They should be Green to green and red to red if it is original wiring. And make sure the Black is connected too as it is the earth for both.

its all fixed. Took all of 20 second.

I've never touched that wiring. So it must have been the panel beaters three years ago. I never noticed it  until the other week when we were on a run and someone pointed it out to me. I guess I don't drive at night much.

.. as in swapping the 2 number plate lamp wires at the connector. Mine were all painted black... it was fine until 3 months later, when the hinges wore through the powdercoated pins. :x
