 Post subject: a+ timing points

just wondering what each point on the a+ engine means when doing the timing.. im trying to set mine up and its giving me greif.. anyone know a) how my car should be set ?degrees btc etc. and b) what do the points represent? 5 degrees each?

by 'points' you mean the points on the thingy attached to the timing cover, where the mark on the pulley lines up, yeah?

no idea, but just wanted to clarify :D

First point is 0 then +4 degrees each point after that so : 0,4,8,12,16,20
