Does anyone have an upclose picture of the type of vinyl used on Cooper S'S. Apparently it has a pimply grain ? |

Sorry no I don't. But I know it's not a common vinyl these days. When my mate Steve restored his S last year, the only place he could find the right pattern stuff was at Mini King. And it was green, not black. He had to get it dyed. |

I have some photos of my original UK built Cooper S dash vinyl, if that is any help but someone will have to post them for me 'cause I'm bloody useless. Al |

Actually on the Aussie Cars isn't it the same vinyl as the other upholstery. The seats wear smooth so you need to compare with a non wearing portion. Heres my dash with a bit of vinyl from my old dash cards. ![]() |
