On the back of the alternator there is 3 male pins.. Ones large so i know which wire goes there... but the other 2 are small ones....
now which wire goes to which? one of the small wires has 12v's going through it the other has none...
all this is because my battery is not charging...

Just put a commodore alternator in like i did!!

I think even when I get my 4-spot nudge bar and a decent stereo I'll be fine with 85 amps or whatever it is!!!

just put ur battery terminals on backwards like litle green mini did
that will fry all ur alternater wires
take it to an auto electrition and they will give u all new wires
and they will connect it for u

actually don't do that, thats a bit of a dumb idea isn't it John aka little green mini  :D

If it has 2 small ones next to each other, it's probably a 15AC alternator that uses a separate V regulator on the RH inner guard.
These 2 wires both go to the regulator- the yellow/black one is the indicator lamp circuit.

If the alternator quits I suggest you go find a later Clubbie one which has the reg built in and is more reliable.
Then, you just connect the yellow/black wire to the Ind terminal, and the big brown wire to +, and it will work.
