thanks adam. I actually used to be from Quakers Hill! Hello neighbour. Castle hill isnt too far from work. But was wondering what kind of experience you have had with them? Have you had any rust repairs done through them? Cheers, Merc |

I asked Ivan about body and rust repairs about a year ago. He didn't do this type of work as his workshop was too small and this type of work can take some time. He was trying to get a friend of his (who was in Silverwater) interested, but he didn't hear from him. |

Axel at http://www.vcdc.com.au/ Did my traveller and a number of other mini's. Nice guy and willing to work with you.Happy for you to pop in to see the progress and he gets them done pretty quick as he doesn't like cars sitting round for too long. Uses Glasurit paint. I was happy. Cheers Aaron |

Have you had any rust repairs done through them? Cheers, Merc The Old side or the New side of Quakers? I had Ivan replace the passenger sill for me, he charged me $588 for the job (the rust ran the length of the car down the sill) Quote: Cut out rust - wire brush and grind rust. Paint with rust converter and anti rust gal paint. Cut and fold up metal, replace ruster parts. Spot weld and weld patches in place. Paint with anti rust underbody seal
Labour 5hours $500 Materials Steel Paint etc $35 Total inc GST 588 He repainted the bottom side of the sill with 2pak (some how he had some paint the same as my car lying around - it's not very common i thought) He also said he didn't charge me for all the labour hours. In regards to him not doing rust repairs, not so sure about that; he did mine 20/11/09 Also, take a look here This is a horribly rusted van that he helped with. I've seen the van in person, it's real schmick. I'm extremely happy with his work, how big of a job is yours?[/url] |

Adam, im at the new side. You know where mary immaculate church is? Not too far from there. I think i have seen your mini around. Also a black one with rounded lights that was always parked along side quakers hill station. Not there anymore. He must of sold it. We should go cruise one day ! ![]() Thanks for the info btw. I will give him a call and try my luck. Thanks everyone for the help. Cheers, Merc |

You still live in quakers hill? Do you drive a blue clubby with a GTI conversion, and you're also an engineer? If so, i believe you caught me spying on your mini out the front of your house one day lol. |
