My old man chucked on the 12" superlites on the crappy Clubby today. I quickly checked them and noticed the tyre is VERY CLOSE to the trailing arm. Will I have any problems or should I pull the hubs off the Moke's rebuilt rear subframe and chuck spacers on. It will get spacers eventually, I just don't have enough spares at the moment.

How close is very? I have less than 5mm at the trailing arm and shock absorber.
I figure this is okay on the back as since the rear is lighter the tyres are less likely to deflect when cornering.

:?

Finger width should be okay.
