Heya, Im getting close to putting my car back together, so I'm going over everything, cleaning it up and I have come to my seat belts.... ..Which i can not pull out from the rollup mechanism, a possibility is that i have let it all roll back in and thus its seized up on itself. I have attempted to pull it apart, by taking the screws out, but am unable to get them all as they are either seized/rounded or all of the above. Any ideas/suggestions muchly appreciated. They will only roll out when in the same orientation as they are in the car. There is an inertia weight that locks the belt under heavy deceleration, if the reel is on the desk this will lock it up. |

I guessed that and have had it sitting different ways, cant remember exactly how it came out. To jog my memory, I believe the reel sits down the botom nxt to the door, so therefor the belt comes straight up out of the reel. Is this correct? Cheers |
