Just got back from autobahn, i've been steering wheel hunting. Will prolly get this nice sass wheel I saw, $140ish, not bad price for a nice wheel. My mate has one the same, and i've driven his car from Geelong to Melbourne and back, and it impressed me indeed.

Anyways... I was quoted almost $80 for the boss kit. Is that a normal price? He said it was a standard price... but come on, $80 for that thing?!

G'day Capt'n,

I bought a sweet leather SAAS wheel and boss kit a few years back. I forget how much the wheel was, but the boss kit was $70 from a local parts place. It was on my dunnydore for 6 months before going into storage for a much nicer car ( my Mini  )
Anyways, I sold the SAAS boss on ebay for $40. The buyer told me he can get them new from super cheap auto for $60.

I would say $80 is too much, $70 is probably ok and $60 is a good deal.

I know what would look mad in the middle of that boss kit too......
