If it's all there and in the usual crappy condition (valves, guides & seats worn) I reckon $150 would stop it. $200 maybe.

What came with it? Queens jewels?

$100 to $200, but it would have to be pretty good for the higher price.

A friend of mine bought a brand new old stock 12G940 bare head for $1000. And that is without Valves and springs etc. Some people don't mind paying if it is what they want. But yeah Prices of things MINI are going up.
