If a front subframe gets bent very obvious and the tower where the cone and the upper control arm goes looks undamaged will the upper control arm be ok. I do have others, swapping hilos cones etc to a better subframe |

Difficult to answer 100% correct without comparing / measuring against another, however they are very stout items and would be fairly difficult to bend. |

I'd be really surprised to see a bent top arm unless the car was a tangled mess. They're very strong.. much more so than the rear trailing arm which bend if you shout at them loud enough ![]() |

I agree it's unlikely the UCA is bent. But if your subby has taken a savage hit, chances are your geometry is all out of whack and alignment/tracking may be hard to get right. or to put it another way, your UCA is probably very perfectly excellent, its just in the wrong damn place! |

cheap enough to replace anyway or at least get it crack tested with die penetrant and measured against a known good one .... |
