Hi people I've stripped my clubman to its shell and found alot of crappy nuts bolts and screws. I want to replace the whole car with new fasteners. Does anyone have a rough list of whats in the clubman s or am I gonna have to go through with thread measurers and find out the size and thread of all of them???? [/quote] |

http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic ... light=nuts There's a list there of the engine bolts which should help. I realise you will need an extra supply of nuts and bolts for the rest of the car however. |

I've run in to the same problem. A lot of my nuts and bolts are either very rusty or stripped or the head has been stripped badly. Just looked through Mini King catalog, Haynes Resto manual and service manual. No mention of sizes. Looks, like it'll be individually sized up and ordered. ![]() |

A good place to start is with a heap of high tensile 1/4"unf bolts. 3/4" long would probably take care of a lot of the body bolts. Or just take a bucket of the rusty stuff down to the local bolt place and get them to help. ![]() |

Looks like it's time to develop something for the Ausmini reference section. ![]() |
