Post subject:  Score!! Disk Brakes
So yesterday i bought a set of 8.4 metro brakes for $900 i think its a score, get to pick em up next week, friend is holding onto them now for us :lol: sooo happy, might even buy wheels next week too 8) its allll coming together, if only i could contact this painter friend :( anyone got anything helpful to add please tell me. sorry was a tad excited and had to share

prolly a stupid reply but u do know u need 12 inch wheels for 8.4's. in ur avatar the car has tens, but i hope u knew that, anyway well done, 900 is quite good!!

the brakes i got are just plane old moke 8.4 dics metro turbo ones are vented 8.4 and have 4pot callipers but im not sure about plane metros

not very good, i only bought em for the hubs which only one was good anyway

discs were ok fairly worn one caliper and hub were perfect the other wasnt too good though bearings were ok and ball joints were ok but you replace them anyway

it wasnt a bad buy
