Just bought another S. Happens to be another Group C car. Been in storage for 22 years with current owner and stored prior to that. Will post pics and info after I pick it up. Car needs resto but appears to be good condition and complete. Still has cage, race engine (albeit in pieces). Have only seen pics of it as it is 2000km from home. Road trip coming up this weekend. Plans for this one..... restore it and race the hell out of it again. |

Sounds like another good feature car for TME when completed. Does it have any good history? Although any Group C Mini is good to start with. Cheers, Watto. |

It doesnt sound like a great history having raced almost exclusively in QLD, but it does make it eligeable for historic racing, and was logged with the alloy cage. Shell is the original 69 shell and engine, although both need some serious work. Dont expect it would be finished too soon but hoping its ready for the next cootha classic hill climb, in 12 months. Should make a good basis for a bit of fun. |

Fantastic news and gone to a good home. Indigo blue and '69 just like mine. Can't wait to see pics and see it on the track. You will bring it to Phillip Island one day ........ won't you? |
