What have people used to attach there radiator shrouds to the rad? Ive currently got some very small/short coarse threaded bolts that have had the heads powder coated. Was hoping to use something stainless perhaps?

If you buy one of those chinese radiators off of ebay you get a M6x1.0 thread.

I used stainless steel allen key headed bolts to hold the shroud on then.

That is unless you specifically want to keep your radiator?

The original style are still available new in bright zinc plating, not as flash as stainless or chrome plated but better than rusty I suppose...

Personally I don't like putting Stainless Steel Screws against plain Steel. It does cause the steel to rust lile crazy unless the paint and / or insulating washers are in good nick.
