Just a quick question about ebay. How long does it generally take for your item to become listed? I listed a mini 4 hours ago, and it shows that the it is on when I log onto my ebay, but is not showing on the actual website. Any body had experience with listing things on ebay?, and knows how long it can take?

POst up a link to it. Maybe you can't view your own gear. Not sure but if you've got a link someone will be able to tell you

Just finished a search of ebay at 15:20 Adelaide time - now new minis listed 4sale today

seached for Mini, Cooper, Leyland, Morris, and Austin.

Ive sent them an email, and they sent me a computer generated response, which was no help at all, so I sent them another one being mre specific!!!!

Ebay just keeps sending me the same response on how to find it, but I follow their directions and it is not there! Can any one else find it, I dont think it is there. Below is the link I got from "My ebay" which shows it is counting down, but I dont think it is on the actual site, which is pretty shite seeing it says it has been counting down for nearly seven hours!

Thats not the problem though. That link came directly from "My ebay", the problem is that I cant find , and dont believe it is on the actual ebay website!

Justdid a search by eBay item number and found it - so it is definately in their system -. It appears though that for some reason that it is not being picked up by the search engine for key word searches.

legitimate grounds for concern - no one would see the listing to bid on it - withdraw and relist perhaps?

but when you search in mini/leyland, there are only two items...not your mini.

Sometimes it does take a while though for items to be listed in the search function, how long was it since you listed it?

ok, well thats a fair long time..maybe try revising your item and change the items title..to something longer with more words in it.
