YG2S7-36## is 12/71 if that helps, not sure how many they made early on? Could be 10/71?

Cheers 8) :P 8)

I have a 7/71 Clubman with the car number in the 800's, so guessing around 8/71 or 9/71.

111* was 7/71
257* was 10/71
315* was 11/71

They usually built up stocks before the release and since the first car is number 501 it makes 1145 a fairly early car. I would say 7th or 8th month.
But what does the compliance plate say?

So was July 71 the first month of clubman production? Seeing my 7/71 car is within the first 350, I'm guessing not many, if any would be 6/71?

Just subtract 500 from the car number to give the actual build number.

According to my records number 1114 was Gambier Turquoise when new.
