OK Well seeing as the mini needs some new panels at the front (left gaurd, bonnet, maybe some of the valance) I will be taking it to the crash repairer with the panels and getting them to stick them on and paint it up or whatever they have to do to make it look the same again. So... people have said - instead of getting the leyland panels, buy a Rover frontcut (just the panels) and get the crash shop to put that on instead. The bonnet lines up with the leyland bonnet mounts so i won't need any work there. But do you think this is a good idea? And do you reckon the price would go up by much more? |

It's your car, not ours. It comes back to your personal preference of round or square front car. You could go steel flipfront, and change as you want. |

DO IT MATE!! That will look awesome and be an excellent progressive mod for your car. No car should stand still....constantly improve, modify or change your car, or you will become bored with it. YES, the price will rise, because you have to buy the panels, but no better excuse to do it!!! |

I wouldn't put a rover front cut on to it because that is why they have differnet makes of the mini so there is some sort of uniquiness to it ...........but on the other hand if you were to put a rover front cut on it it would be more unique but what ever you do or the panel shop does I'm sure it will slick Pat |

The rover panels are no different to morris ones. Only the grille. The changes are behind the front panels. Whether it is a rover or not doesn't change how it would look finished. |

Its been chopped up ready for the BBQ. And has bars all thru the middle. I'd be getting a new front cut. And bonnet. Lights, grille, bumper, all that other stuff too!! |
