would like to know a bit more about the ivan tight 170/0 scatter version of the 649. what is this cam compared to the re83 ect.

Any version of the old 649 is a RACE cam, unsuitable for general street use. Nobody home under 3500 at least. Graham Russell's RE83 is a very torquey ROAD cam.... pulls like a train from 1500 to 6000 or a bit more. |
