I'm getting some work down to the Mini and its made the weekend go so slow!!

I have tried to scratch the itch with as many other cars today as i could but nothing has come close! I NEED TO GO FOR A DRIVE!!!!!!

I'm hearing you mate.

I had surgery on my wrist last Monday. I'm in a sling until at least Tuesday, and then possibly very limitied use for another 4-6 weeks.

Dr explicitly said "NO DRIVING!"

Sitting in the house, Mini in the drive all week has got me damned near crazy. I've even snuch out while my wife was having a nap just to let Maggie idle and have a sit, smell and listen.

Sigh! I miss driving!

Mine was damaged in the hail storm we had a few months ago here in Perth. I couldn`t drive until the insurance was sorted and then it started raining and the wipers were stuffed from the hail so no drive then. Last week the weather was good so I thought, time for a drive, and the alternator crapped itself. So yeah, major withdrawl symptoms.

I have to take my 1275LS out at least once a week, driving that car is like no other car on earth and i love it. I get to drive all sorts of cars at work and nothing comes close to driving my Mini

2008 - Mini got hit by another driver
2009 - Decided "no more minis" and wanted to sell
2010 - I can't take it! I need a mini!

Had the clubman van project since early in the year. I keep imagining driving it...
