i see that there is a left hand or passenger side view mirror it can often be found on the passenger side door of certain cars ...

These Mirrors are extremely hard to fit on a Mini in that position because they bolt from the inside.

The TEX ones on eBay look like the attach to the std. holes (read that as 'Rover doors') via a adaptor from the outside.

The other mirrors wit the same style are the 'Downton' mirrors and are meant to be fitted on the wings, hence they have a single stud to fit them:

But I think the mirrors in the OP's post are the TEX ones :)
