how much should i be paying for them?
I know there on ebay atm for $15.... but i need them asap, and where can i get them in vic?


does anyone have any at home that are new that they want to sell?

I've used these and they are good. Do yourself a favour and use aluminium clips to do your CVs and not crappy plastic cable ties... 50c each from any CV place in yellowpages

You should be able to get them almost any parts place and I second using the metal clips rather than zip ties. Also it is a good idea to look at which way you put the clips on. You want to put the clips on so that if the tail of the clip contacts the swivel hub it won try to undo the clip.

They are a pretty tight fit inside the swivel hub
