The top arm is held in by a nut on either side of the shaft, there is a retaining plate on the front of the tower inside the engine bay with two nuts holding that on 7/16" i think and the big 3/4" nut. It should all slide out to the front, you may be able to get it out without a cone compressor depending how old your cones are.
The lower arm is a swivel bolt think that's held in by one nut and it's locked in with a key'd hole on the other side.
