Hmmmm i am certain it is something brake related 9YaTaH, as it only happens under braking, no noises whilst normal driving :?

Hmmmm...thats OK....a suspension fault like a slightly stuffed or loose ball joint may only be heard when the brakes clamp and force the suspension to move forward or whatever....its just a thought....front end noises in cars can be very deceptive

Have you checked your caliper bolts for tightness :?:

Have you checked your pads are located correctly and still have plenty of meat on them :?:...low pads can cause some odd effects...sticking pistons/slides etc

Is the hub nut tight :!:

Are the disk thicknesses OK :?:

But things do happen. Loose hub nuts are a good noise maker. Some modern pads make odd noises at very low speeds. Our Transit vans at work make horrible noises which sound like groaning sounds which gets worse as they get hotter.
