Greetings All. Just picked up a donor car because I need a 8Y crankshaft (large tail) ID Plate reads: YMA2S1 47722 8Y/U/H 6402 Porcelain Green Has remote shifter Factory blanked wand hole R/Shrowd 47955 Floor starter Wind up window doors (look original) 12G202 head (number on corner near thermostate) Starter 8/68 Wiper 10/67 Also, the seats look wider and bolted in front of cross member. The cross member has been cut away and boxed. This however looks original? My problem is, "Will this early number 8Y have the larger crank tail I need? It does have U bolt drive shafts. Alex. |
