i know a guy that brought a UN land cruiser back from afghanistan, it has bullet holes in it, and it is registered.

They're not bullet holes, they're speed holes to help make it lighter and go faster.

he did work for the UN, it was an ex UN car. So you cant just go out and buy them, he was offered it.
