My Clubby seats Have really good vinyl on them but the cloth inserts
on the drivers side and back seat are stuffed. Also the doorcards and
rear side panels need renewing. Anyway the uphosterer and my dad are
trying to talk me into re-doing the inserts in black cloth, but me and my
brother reckon it would be a bit dodgey. What do you guys reckon would
look good matched with this colour vinyl. Keep in mind that the carpets
and dash are black yet the rooflining is vaguely the same colour as
the vinyl. Also should I get the doorcards done in the same colour vinyl
or change it? I have a week to decide.




Also my flares are a bit crappy and one has snapped in half. I was
wondering how much new flares would cost to paint the same colour
as my car?

check out the online mini stores for your flares. plenty to choose from, they all vary in price though depending on what your looking at.

i personally would retrim your seats the same as they are.

your orange mini is damn close to mine, same seats, same door cards, almost the same color orange, except i have a white roof.

and my seats and door cards are in exactly the same condition

I know were to get the flares, I was just wondering how much to paint
in the same colour as my car? I mean I could hit them with a pressure
pack but I'd rather get them done in original Scarlet O'Hara red if
possible.

definatley get them painted properly, a paint shop is the best place to start. prep them yourself and take them to a few of your local shops and get quotes.

prices will vary mostly. i have found when getting prices on painting prices can be as much as double depending on the guy you get at the time

4 x flares, i reakon $200-$300 depending on paint colour. cost etc

Doesn't seem too bad in pricing... The flares I looked at are about $260,
and then I have to get the trim... Won't be very cheap...
