I have stripped the body of my roundie... I have noticed a ripples in one of the front guards and around one of the hinges in the drivers door,,,, they are not noticable to the eye however when you run your hand over the panels you can feel them.,.,.. My question is,.. Do I use body filler or high fill Primer

How "Thick" is high fill primer (apart from the obvious - more layers)
when do you use body filler rather than straight high fill

You'll need to make this call yourself....

The thickest you should apply body filler is 1/4" or about 6mm....(though this rule is often stretched)...

High fill is good stuff,,, but its not realy aimed at consealing dents. Its more for scratches and surface imperfections. Very very very minor ripples can be "sort of" hiden with it but its not the way to go.

With high fill, you would normally apply 5-6 coats.... so if the ripple/deformation is deeper than the thickness of 5-6 coats of high fill (about 0.25mm) then don't use high fill.

Is that enough to figure it out?
