hee hee,,, i`ve got a big white board in my workshop

problem is that sometimes i forget to use it :-) like this particular time in fact ;-(

stoopid heart medication,,, makes me forget things ... there was a time (before i died) that i remembered every single thing ,,, everything!!!,,, there wasn`t one thing that i`d forget,,, i even wondered how & why other people would forget stuff,,, i just didn`t understand forgetting things at all ...

now, what were we talking about again ???

;-(

How long ago did you lend them out? You sure you didn't put them in a safe spot re-arranging everything Matt?

nah, i destinctly remember lending both sets, actually handing them both over suggesting that if one set didn`t work well,,, then the other set would because they`re longer & easier to use

& there`s a vacant spot on the shelf where they "were"

just can`t remember who the heck it was :-(

& thanks John, you`d a good man bro :-)

So it was someone in the Brisbane area - that narrows it down a bit.

I've found that trust is one of John's greatest attributes. Unfortunately some have taken advantage of it, which is an incredible shame, and something he really doesn't deserve, as anyone who knows him will attest.

I lent mine once to a Pommy git who gave it back with the bolt head all bruised and spread where he battered it with a VBF sledge hammer. Standard Pommy procedure apparently, but totally unnecessary for a decent solid puller.
Took me 30 mins to file it back to shape.

I never lend it out anymore. If someone needs it I will do a house call, for beer or whatever.
