changing bottom arms at the moment, got some adjustable with nolathane bushes, where do i put the dark thick lube stuff, obviously in the whole where the pin goes, do i also lube up the inner shell where the bush is?

Yep, and plenty of it. It helps to let the bushes work properly & last longer. |

They need lube because unlike the rubber originals, `Nolathane' (polyurethane) won't work as a `live' rubber (ie bonded) bush. it splits. |
