Post subject:  Brake problem

Hi all, My wife just called me on the phone and told me that the brakes on my 1275LS(vera) are pulling severly to the left when she trys to stop  Vera runs the stock 1275LS discs up front with pads that are half worn ( i checked these when i installed hilos) Im thinking seized RHF caliper??, im only guessing as the wife has the car for the day so i wont be able to assess it until late tonite.

Vera sat for many years before i got her doing nothing ( doing nothing is not good for brakes i reckon) and another Ausmini member who has driven this car has commented that her brakes are very average. New rear wheel cyls and shoes were fitted around 12 months ago for rego so im sure its not the rears, new fluid and a flush and bleed were done then also

Is there a repair kit for these calipers??
If so is it a mongrel job??
Is there a quick fix??
Should i shell out some coin and buy reco ones??

Im on workers comp ATM so money is tight, real tight but in dont want my wife driving a car that wants to put her into the gutter when she wants to stop

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Could be stuck pistons in the caliper, or a fluid leak, or a hose swollen so fluid not getting through.
None of these will cost much, new seals and hoses are cheap.

Also check tie bar and lower inner arm bushes too.
