As the title suggests. Has any one installed a Rover Mini air con or any other air con for that matter into a 1960 - 70s mini ? Using the search function brings up a million and one forum posts containing the words air con .. but nothing that shows any one thats done it. |

I put AC into my 69 model. Main parts are all seen in this pic: Condenser on inner guard, compressor under alternator, dryer next to master cylinders. ![]() ![]() |

mate looking very good!! I like where that condensor sits harley lol. you had to cut into the left gaurd for that right? |

If under my hood could look half as awesome as that Harley I would be very stoked. A lot to consider but certainly with what both you and NG have posted .. completely do-able |

There's a ten inch hole in the guard, and the fan for the condenser sits in there. I actually have to pull the whole lot out soon, if I remember I'll take some pics of how it goes in there. ![]() |
