I'm researching Ferodo disk brake pads for the Cooper S and was wondering what the difference is between the DP11 and DS11 compounds. I'm assuming both versions supplied back in the 1970's had asbestos in them but would like confirmation. I think the part number is LDB20 (or LD20).

Has anyone got any Hardie Ferodo sales or service literature that mentions racing disk brake pads?

I raced my Fiat 124 Sport with both back in the 70s, and found the DS11 was the one to have. Yes they both had asbestos in. Maybe the DP11 was local, the DS11 from UK?
Memory escapes me...
